Partnership with Dansk Ejerkapital to Support JP Air Tech’s International Growth Ambitions

JP Air Tech, a leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced filtration solutions, has welcomed Dansk Ejerkapital as an active minority investor. The investment aims to help realise the company’s ambitious goals and support its continued growth both in Denmark and internationally.

Dansk Ejerkapital has acquired a significant minority stake in JP Air Tech ApS, a leading Danish manufacturer and supplier of technical filter media based in Sakskøbing. The investment is being made in close collaboration with the company’s management and existing owners, all of whom will remain part of the new ownership structure. With Dansk Ejerkapital as an active partner, the company will benefit from experienced guidance in realising its ambitious growth plans, including international expansion.

JP Air Tech was founded in 2008 by Jørgen Poulsen and has since developed into a specialised supplier of high-quality filter media for, among others, industrial production facilities, the HVAC industry, and the automotive sector. With a broad international customer base and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, the company has established a robust position in an industry where demands for quality and environmental responsibility continue to increase.
